Ingredients: flour, milk, eggs, rock salt and drinking water.
Preparation: In order to preserve the vitamin values of the noodle, we recommend that you cook it on low heat just like in the rice cooking method, by draining the water slowly. Cooking measure is 1.5 glasses of water per 250 g. If you are going to cook with sauce or tomato grater, you should adjust this measure according to the amount of water in the sauce.
