Bonatelli Chickpea Flour 500 Gr

Ingredients: %100 Organic Chickpea Flour

Materials:

• 2 cups Bonatelli Chickpea Flour
• 1 teaspoon tahini
• 1 medium lemon
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil
• 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic
• 2 glasses of hot water
• Cumin
• Black pepper

Preparation:

Add boiling water to the Bonatelli Chickpea Flour, whisk and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then mix it with Turkish market tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and crushed or grated garlic. You can add hot water or Bonatelli Chickpea Flour until the consistency is like hummus. During the service, you can fry the red pepper flakes lightly in olive oil and pour it over. You can decorate the boiled chickpeas with parsley and olive oil.
