Our jam is made using Black Mulberries collected in the cool of the sunrise from orchards that have been inspected during the entire growing and harvesting period. The fruits that come to the workshop until noon are re-selected and pre-washed. We do not use crushed, unintegrated, overripe or overripe fruits in our jams. The mulberries, which have passed the pre-washing stage, are taken to rest and filtered and dried.
